We offer and encourage the sample size portions of our loose leaf teas. This allows our customers to sample new teas at a modest cost. Being a food item, teas are not refundable.
In general, contact us within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part. All returns must have return authorization from a Steepwell Tea Co. representative before returning, we do not provide pay for return shipping. For teaware and accessories, there may be a 25% restocking fee. Teas and special order items cannot be returned.
