Steepwell Tea Company is a small, family-owned and operated business that strives to set an example in the beverage industry. In our opinion, we have the best teas available on the market. What sets us apart even further is that we only use 100% biodegradable packaging. Everything from the individual tea-bags to the larger bags that hold loose-leaf tea tea bags are 100% compostable, biodegradable, and just good for the planet. We only get one Earth, and our goal is to treat her as well as possible. Recycling isn’t supported in every town and isn’t as economically feasible as biodegradable packaging is. We sacrifice profit margins for the good of the planet, and we won’t change that. Although we don’t explicitly advertise this, portions of our sales every quarter go to various environmental conservation programs because this is something we believe in.

We are based out of Lancaster, PA. Currently, we strictly have an online presence but we hope to change that soon!
